This report is a result of an complaint investigation conducted on February 15, 2017 and February 16, 2017 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation, Treatment Access And Services Center Of Berks County, Inc. was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this investigation and no plan of correction is required.
