This report is a result of a telephone follow-up inspection regarding the plan of correction for the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services, Inc. licensure renewal inspection. The follow-up inspection was conducted on May 6, 2010 and May 11, 2010 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the telephone follow-up inspection, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services, Inc. was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required.
