This report is a result of an off-site complaint investigation conducted on October 4, 2021 by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the off-site complaint investigation, New Way of Life was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this investigation and no plan of correction is required.
