INITIAL COMMENTS
 
This report is a result of a telephone complaint investigation conducted on 09/14/2021 by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site complaint investigation, God's Mountain Recovery Center, Inc. was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility.
