Plan of Correction The Clinical Program Manager will create a form to be completed in KIPU by the staff discharging the client, typically behavioral health technician staff members. It will include the reasons for the discharge and how to appeal the discharge if interested. They will be given a copy of this form at discharge. The Clinical Program Manager will educate staff members on this new process and will monitor that it is completed monthly with the clinical chart audits. |
