Plan of Correction For the purposes of increased oversight and monitoring on plant-related environmental issues, a dedicated Environment of Care (EOC) Coordinator was secured who is responsible for monitoring of the facility for compliance with EOC issues cited in these surveys and ongoing reporting of any identified concerns and their redress to the Property Manager and Service Master Manager.
The Property Manager and senior leadership [President/CEO, Board Directors] will be notified immediately of any areas that may require additional support and remediation from the engineering department and/or outside contracting services.
The facility also recently ended the contract with the old environmental services group and contracted with a new vendor (Service Master) which started May 1st, and which is responsible for the cleanliness or sanitation of the facility.
Finally, the Property Office Manager will monitor the scheduled completion of the identified citations and verify that all related work orders have been addressed with the EOC Coordinator who will report both engineering and environmental issues requiring further remediation to senior leadership [President/CEO, Board Directors]. |
