Observations
Based on the physical plant inspection that was conducted on October 6, 2016, it was observed that the facility failed to light interior exits and stairs at all times.
It was noted during the physical plan inspection that there were three emergency exit lights that failed to light. The lights were #70DL (long hall 3b side), #73DL (men's short hall) and #44DL (ground floor outside nursing.)

Plan of Correction
#70DL, #73DL, and #44DL all identified as emergency exit lights have new batteries and are fully functional at this time. These and all other units are monitored during a monthly inspection of all emergency lighting systems.
All facility interior exit and stair lights are now on at all times and functioning. |
