INITIAL COMMENTS

This report is a result of an off-site complaint investigation conducted between July 17, 2026, to July 27, 2026, by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure.? Based on the findings of the off-site inspection, Merakey Parkside Riverview Wellness Village was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code, Chapter 717, which pertains to the recovery house. Therefore no plan of correction is required.
