INITIAL COMMENTS
 
This report is a result of a complaint investigation conducted on October 6, 2011 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation, the allegations made against Asociacion De Puertorriquenos En Marcha Proyecto Nueva Vida were not substantiated. No Plan of Correction will be required at this time.
