This report is a result of an on-site physical plant inspection conducted for a capacity increase request. The inspection was conducted on October 25, 2018 by staff from the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs, Program Licensure Division. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, Recovery Center of America at Devon was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of the 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. The facility will be notified by a separate letter of the determination regarding the capacity increase request.
