This report is a result of an onsite capacity increase inspection conducted on February 2, 2011 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, Gateway Rehabilitation Center was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no plan of correction is due.
Because this inspection was conducted only for a capacity increase determination, not all regulations were reviewed. During future inspections, all regulations will be reviewed for compliance.
