This report is a result of a telephonic complaint investigation conducted on April 14, 2026, by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the telephonic complaint investigation, Esper Treatment Center Inc., was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. No deficiencies were identified during this investigation, and no plan of correction is required.
