Plan of Correction Our Lead Counselor completed the DDAP Clinical Supervision Training on June 11,2010. She completed the required 30 hours of training. We will utilize the waiver for counselors to carry 10 clients per caseload. This will put 2 FT counselors with 10 clients each, allowing for the lead counselor to have 4 clients on her caseload. This will allot time for the lead counselor to fully participate in lead counselor responsibilities. Caseload adjustments will be finalized by February 28,2018.THe Program Director and Lead Counselor will ensure compliance with the caseload ratios. Program Director will review caseloads during monthly supervision with lead counselor to ensure compliance and ongoing progress. |
