INITIAL COMMENTS
 
This complaint cannot be investigated. The Department cannot compel a facility to provide the client ' s information to complainant. The facility submitted the required unusual incident report to DDAP as required so there are no concerns at this time. BGI Brandywine was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility.
