This report is a result of an on-site physical plant inspection conducted for a capacity increase request. The inspection was conducted on February 8, 2018 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, Renewal Treatment Inc was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required.
The facility will be notified by a separate letter of the determination regarding the capacity increase request.
