This report is a result of an inspection conducted on September 30, 2009 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure for the purpose of increasing the outpatient capacity. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, Holcomb Associates, Inc. was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required.
The facility will be notified by a separate letter regarding the status of the capacity increase
request.
Because this inspection was conducted only for a capacity increase determination, not all regulations were reviewed. During future inspections, all regulations will be reviewed for compliance.
