This report is a result of an on-site, physical plant inspection conducted on February 6, 2017 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. The inspection was conducted for a capacity increase request for Inpatient Non-Hospital Drug-Free. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, Pyramid Healthcare Inc. - Pyramid Pittsburgh was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility.
Since this was a capacity increase inspection, not all regulations were reviewed. During future inspections, all regulations will be reviewed for compliance.
The facility will be notified by a separate letter of the determination regarding the capacity increase request.
