The Annual Financial Audit for the most recent fiscal year (FY 2020 ? 2021) was not completed in a timely manner due to the delays on the part of the independent certified public accounting firm.

Plan of Correction
In order to ensure that this plan of correction is followed-through with, and to make sure this deficiency isn't repeated, a new, more accurate, digital thermometer was purchased for the facility so that accurate weekly readings by facility staff can be taken and documented on the run sheet. All readings will now be taken using this thermometer during weekly safety runs. Any reading above 118F will be brought to the immediate attention of the Program Director to be addressed with the maintenance department. The Program Director will monitor these readings on a monthly basis to ensure that they are being completed. The Program Director will document this review by initialing and dating the run sheet.

The maintenance staff will also check the hot water temperature on a weekly basis to ensure that the temperature of the hot water does not exceed 120F. This will allow maintenance to make immediate adjustments if the reading does become too close to 120F.
