Based on review of the physical plant inspection the recovery house failed to
keep the water temperature less than 120

Plan of Correction
On 02/13/2025 before the inspector left, the water heater temperature was turned down by a staff member. We waited a few days to take the temperature readings to allow the water heater to fully cycle through and on 02/16/2025 we purchased a new digital thermometer and took the temperature readings. the bathroom faucets read 109.4 in the basement, 109.4 on the first floor, 109.5 on the second floor, and the kitchen read 109.9. The photos were sent to the inspector. |
