Plan of Correction
On 2/10/25 Keep It Green contacted a contractor for estimate to repair the front porch. We received the estimate on 2/14/25. In the process of applying for the city permit it was revealed that he his unsurance is inactive. We declined to work with this contractor. We immediately contacted 2 more contractors for estimates and are waiting for them. We have not yet receieved them and the Director will follow up. The porch has been cordoned off so that there is no access to the compromised part of the porch (the left column and floorboards). The washer and dryer are scheduled for repair Tuesday March 4. If they are deemed unrepairable, we will replace them by March 7. The water heater was turned down to DDAP standards of 120 degrees on 2/7/25. The House Manager will observe the physical property weekly to ensure the houses are free from safety or hazard issues for the residents.
