INITIAL COMMENTS
This report is a result of an on-site licensure renewal inspection and facility relocation inspection conducted on February 28, 2022 by staff from the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs, Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, DLP Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center was found not to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. The following deficiencies were identified during this inspection:	Plan of Correction
705.24 (5) LICENSURE Bathrooms. 705.24. Bathrooms. The nonresidential facility shall: (5) Ventilate bathrooms by exhaust fan or window.
Observations Based on a physical plant inspection conducted on February 28, 2022 at approximately 10:30 AM, the facility failed to ventilate bathrooms by exhaust fan or window. There are two single stall unisex bathrooms in the facility which do not have an exhaust fan or window. The findings were reviewed with facility staff during the licensing process.	Plan of Correction Both unisex bathrooms( one for staff and one for clients) will have bathroom exhaust fans installed to allow the facility to be in compliance with this regulation. The Program Manager has contacted Facilities Directors who will ensure that both exhaust fans are ordered and installed within the next 90 days(installed no later than 6/3/22). Program Manager will follow up with Facilities Directors to ensure the work order is completed in a timely fashion. This correction will be made within 90 days from today 3/3/22, to allow time for exhaust fans to be ordered, delivered, and installed.
