All medications the resident takes are to be documented and signed by the staff monitoring the medication. Periodic inspections of logs will be made by the program manager to ensure proper documentations are done. We have - Changed our medication monitoring policy to include that no staff is to supply any house medication or suggest any type of medical advice to residents, our policy suggests you seek medical attention or advice from medical professionals.
- Made our Medication Log larger and clearer.
- Had our staff complete two suggested trainings, Documentation training and Recovery House records retention training.
