This report is a result of an unannounced on-site recovery house complaint investigation conducted on July 18, 2024, by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site complaint investigation, Blue Mountain Escape Inc, facility 6NEK6701 was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code, Chapter 717, which pertains to the recovery house. No plan of correction is required.
