This report is a result of an onsite follow-up inspection regarding the plans of correction for the July 31, 2019 licensure renewal inspection. The follow-up inspection was conducted on September 26, 2019 by staff from the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs, Bureau of Quality Assurance for Prevention and Treatment. Based on the findings of the onsite follow-up inspection, Ridgeview Adolescent Behavioral Health Center was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility; specifically, regulation 704.11(c)(2) regarding CPR certifications.
