Based on a revisit to a recertification survey completed on July 7, 2021, it was determined that Suburban Campus Dialysis was in substantial compliance with the Life Safety Code for an existing ESRD health care facility. Compliance with the National Fire Protection Association's Life Safety Code, 2012 edition, is required by 42 CFR 494.60(e)(1).
This is a three-story, Type II (000), unprotected noncombustible structure, which is fully sprinklered.
