Based on a revisit to a unannounced full Medicare Recertification Survey completed on July 18, 2022, it was determined that Washington Health System Greene, was in substantial compliance with the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing acute care health care occupancy. Compliance with the National Fire Protection Association's Life Safety Code is required by 42 CFR 482.41(b).

This is a five-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, without a basement, that is partially sprinkled.
