Main Hospital Building
Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on September 11, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
This Phase 8 and Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations on the ground floor to renovate a majority of the existing imaging suite. This inspection consisted of the corridors within the project area. Refer to Drawing Index Numbers: H-22-1184, H-23-0120, H-23-0123, H-23-1077, and H-24-0172.
This is a four-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement, that is partially sprinklered.
