Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on March 11, 2021, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.

This occupancy survey was conducted for alterations to install new ductwork and equipment in the central sterile area on level one, which will connect to the newly installed air handler unit on the roof. This final inspection included the central sterile processing area on level one and the new rooftop air handler unit. Refer to drawing index numbers H-20-1236, H-20-0108, and H-20-0106.

This is a four-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement, that is partially sprinklered.
