Based on two Occupancy Surveys completed on December 12, 2022, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.

These occupancy surveys were conducted for the following:

1. Alterations to replace existing Nurse Call Systems in PCU, ICI/CCU, Medical Oncology, Radiology Department, PACU, and Surgical Suite. This Phase 1 inspection consisted of the Medical Oncology and Endoscopy suites. Refer to Drawing Index Numbers: H-20-0698, H-22-0354, and H-21-0958.

2. Alterations to re-cable multiple wireless access points (WAP) throughout the hospital. Multiple WAP's are being upgraded with many additional WAP's being provided. Refer to Drawing Index Number H-20-1352.

This is a four-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement, that is partially sprinklered.
