Initial Comments:
The Children's Home of York (legal name) A.N.G.E.L. Center (location indicator) forwarded correspondence which was both dated and received on July 28, 2023 requesting the following change(s): (1) A request to change their location indictor from A.N.G.E.L. Center to SOAR Program at the A.N.G.E.L. Center. (2) A request to change their current capacity from 20 to 2. The capacity change was effective January 24, 2023; with our Division not receiving a request nor notification until July 28, 2023. Their current certificate of compliance is reflective of both changes.
The Children's Home of York SOAR Program at the A.N.G.E.L. Center is in compliance with the Requirements of 42 CFR Part 483, Subpart G Requirements for Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities.
