Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up Medicare and state licensure complaint survey conducted on October 7, 2024, found that Aveanna Healthcare, had corrected the following deficiency cited under 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiency was cited as a result of an Medicare and state licensure complaint survey initated on August 12, 2024 and completed August 15, 2024.

Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiency was cited as a result of a complaint and licensure survey completed on initiated on August 12, 2024 and completed on August 15, 2024.
