Initial Comments:
An off-site follow up survey conducted on January 6, 2025, found that Countrywide Home Care, Inc., had corrected the following deficiency cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 51, Subpart A. The deficiency was cited as a result of a complaint survey completed on October 31, 2024.
