Based on an Occupancy Survey conducted on August 21, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
This final onsite Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to update an existing
radiography/fluoroscopy room on the first floor of the hospital's main building. The room is classified as a Class 1 Imaging Room. The project scope includes new imaging equipment, new patient toilet room, and new finishes.

This is a four story, Type II (000), unprotected noncombustible construction, with a basement and rooftop mechanical space, which is fully sprinklered.
