Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on February 24, 2025, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations on the Ground Level to convert an existing rated storage room into an oxygen storage room that will store less than 3,000 cubic feet of oxygen bottles. Refer to Drawing Index Number H-24-1125.
This is a four story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, without a basement, that is partially sprinklered.
