Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on July 5, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
This occupancy survey was conducted for alterations to install a new fire pump in a new fire pump room created at the loading dock of level D. This Final inspection consisted of the new fire pump and room. Refer to Drawing Index Numbers: H-21-0919, H-22-0526, and H-22-0765.
This is a twelve-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement, that is partially sprinklered.
