Based on Two Occupancy Surveys completed on August 6, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.

1. This Phase 7 Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to the cafeteria and auditorium on level one, cosmetic upgrades to 65 of the Main Hospitals restrooms.

Areas Inspected: First floor Main hospital NW Cafeteria- 1NW32, 1NW48 and 1NW30D..

2. This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to convert previous cardiac therapy suite to a Physician/Staff Workroom with finish upgrades and minor electrical modifications to support 18 new workstations.

Areas Inspected: Third floor Main NE- Physician/Staff workroom.

This is a ten story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement, penthouse, and parking garages, that is fully sprinklered.
