Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on April 18, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing hospital health care occupancy.
This Phase 1 Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to replace the fire alarm system throughout the hospital and MOB. Refer to drawing number H-23-1056.
Phase 1 included the fire alarm control panel and the device patch panel cabinet. The fire alarm was in trouble-free mode, with full monitoring of all devices.
This is a six-story, Type I (322), fire resistive building, with a partial basement, that is partially sprinklered.
