Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on December 12, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing hospital health care occupancy.
This Phase 2 and Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to install patient lifts in 10 bedrooms, in 3rd floor Oak Wing, limited to Rooms 301, 316, 317, 319 and 322.

This is a two-story, Type II (000), unprotected noncombustible structure, with a basement, which is fully sprinklered.
