Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on June 5, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.

These Occupancy Surveys were conducted for alterations to create two Class 2 Imaging Rooms for routine Cardiology Procedures on the 4th floor. This Final inspection was for rooms 04B-045 and 04B-006. Refer to Drawing Index Numbers: H-23-0207 and H-23-1131.

This is a thirteen-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with basement and sub-basement, that is fully sprinklered.
