Based on an Initial Licensure Survey completed on October 4, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for a new pediatric extended care health care occupancy. Compliance with the National Fire Protection Association's Life Safety Code is required by state regulations.
This Occupancy Survey was conducted for a new pediatric extended care facility in an previously closed pediatric extended care. Refer to Drawing Number H-23-0955.
This is a one-story without basement Type III (111) protected ordinary construction building that is not sprinklered.
