Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on October 18, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
This final Occupancy Survey was conducted for a new Psychiatric Hospital that will occupy a former Psychiatric Hospital that closed its doors in October of 2022. The new hospital will have three functioning patient units, and will not be utilizing all existing spaces throughout the facility. Refer to Drawing Number H-23-0816.
This is a four story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement, that is fully sprinklered.
