Based on an Initial Licensure completed on October 4, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for a new pediatric extended care health care occupancy. Compliance with the National Fire Protection Association's Life Safety Code is required by state regulations.
This final onsite occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to create a new Pediatric Extended Care Facility.

This is a single story, Type II (000), unprotected non-combustible building. No sprinkler protection required.
