Based on an Initial Certification conducted on October 31, 2023, and completed on November 3, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for a new ICF/IID health care occupancy. Compliance with the National Fire Protection Association's Life Safety Code is required by 42 CFR 483.470(j).
This Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to create a New one-story with basement Intermediate Care Facility.

This is a one-story, Type V (000) unprotected wood frame construction, with a basement, which is fully sprinklered.
