Based on an Initial Licensure completed on February 8, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for a new ambulatory health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for a new Class C stand-alone single story ambulatory surgery center which will facilitate medical services for outpatient surgeries and procedures.

This is a one-story, Type II (000), unprotected noncombustible structure, which is fully sprinklered.
