Based on an Initial Licensure completed on November 20, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for a new ambulatory health care occupancy.
This Final & Initial Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to create a new single-story Class "C" Ambulatory Surgery Center, in an existing building.

This is a one-story, Type II (000), unprotected noncombustible structure, which is fully sprinklered.
