Based on an Initial Licensure completed on February 7, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for a new ambulatory health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for a new two-story medical office building with a children's ambulatory surgery center, with two operating rooms, located on the 2nd floor.

This is a two-story, Type II (000), unprotected noncombustible structure, which is fully sprinklered.
Surgery Center is on the front half of the 2nd floor.
