Based on an Initial Licensure Survey completed on January 16, 2024, it was determined that Lecom Ambulatory Surgery Center, LLC., had no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for a new ambulatory health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for a new Class A, B, and C stand-alone, single-story ambulatory surgery center that will facilitate medical services for elective outpatient surgeries and procedures. Refer to drawing numbers H-22-0471 (original), H-22-1088, H-22-1250, H-23-0178, H-23-0301, H-23-0662, H-23-0732, and H-24-0001 (revisions), and H-23-0075 (sprinkler).
This is a one-story, Type II (000) unprotected, non-combustible building, that is fully sprinklered.
