Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on July 10, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for a new psychiatric hospital health care occupancy.
This final Occupancy Survey was conducted for a new one story psychiatric hospital with (96) beds, totaling 72,758 square feet.
Refer to Drawing Numbers; H-21-1208, H-22-0875 and H-22-1147.
This is a one story, Type II (000) unprotected, noncombustible structure which is fully sprinklered.
