Based on an Relicensure Survey completed on July 11, 2023, at LOG Surgery Center, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for a new ambulatory health care occupancy.
This is a one-story, Type II (000), unprotected noncombustible structure, without basement, which is fully sprinklered.
