Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on July 28, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for a new hospital health care occupancy.
This offsite, final Occupancy Survey was conducted for minor alterations to change the use of an existing storage room to an outpatient phlebotomy blood draw station. 1st floor.

This is a three story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, which is fully sprinklered.
