Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on February 27, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for a new hospital health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to fit out a new UPS Room and add one door in a non-rated partition, 1st floor; limited to UPS Room 1743 and Storage Alcove 1816.

This is a six-story, Type II (222), noncombustible protected structure, with a mechanical level and a penthouse, which is fully sprinklered.
