Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on November 13, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for a new hospital health care occupancy health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to modify the doors, currently equipped with delayed egress and the existing HUGS system, within the Labor and Delivery Suite on the 2nd floor.

This is a three-story, Type II (222), protected noncombustible structure, with a ground floor, which is fully sprinklered.
